Tiana is a really sweet and gentle dog, she is a little timid at first but warms up really fast.  She doesn't bark-whine-howl or ever growl.  

She loves to go outside and go for walks, and she also loves to run by your side.  She does very well on the leash without pulling on it and she stops when you do.  She has to learn to stay on one side and stop tangling you, the always sniffing nose makes her go left and right. :)  

Tiana also loves laying outside and strangely enough prefers laying in the driveway compared to grass, as she is always looking for that perfect sunny spot.  Another "unique" thing about Tiana is that she likes riding mowers, she is not afraid of the noise and wants to follow it around when I mow the yard.  

She is very good with kids and wants to follows them around all the time.  She is ok with cats but likes to chase ours, just because she can and it makes our cat mad.  However, she is really careful about getting too close so she doesn't get pawed on the nose.  She found out that cats don't usually like to have their rear end sniffed by a dog, she got tagged and she remembers it.  She is very smart, picking things up right away, and all she wants to do is please you.  

Tiana needs some encouragement, especially when she wants to do something she is not sure of. She will look at you in hopes not to get in trouble, and all you have to say is "good girl" to reassure her that it's ok.  Then watch that tail wag as she is a happy camper.  

She is really good with her crate, going in it without a problem, and spending the night.  She likes being around you and always watches where you are, but I think she needs a fenced yard or else she would go on a long term sniffing expedition, she is very curious when outside.
